Ori Amsalem joined Arkin Equity’s investment team in 2022, bringing over five years of experience in technology-focused transaction advisory and operational roles at NASDAQ-listed companies. As a Principal at Arkin, Ori specializes in technology investments across both private and public companies. His notable investments include Quantum Machines, HoneyComb, and COGNTIV.
At Arkin, Ori leads sourcing, due diligence, and underwriting processes, analyzing market trends, risk factors, and financial metrics to support informed investment decisions. He is committed to providing strategic guidance to portfolio companies and actively seeks new investment opportunities through his extensive industry network.
Prior to joining Arkin, Ori worked in EY’s Strategy & Transactions department, where he led transaction advisory efforts and specialized in due diligence and financial analysis for M&A and investment deals. He also co-founded a KPI consulting service aimed at enhancing client strategy and reporting. Earlier in his career, Ori held positions as a Business Analyst at Ceragon Networks and a Financial Analyst at ServiceNow.
Ori holds a Bachelor’s Degree with a Double Major in Economics and Accounting from Tel Aviv University.
