Managing Director
Nimrod Bar joined Arkin in 2016 and is the Managing Director at Arkin Real Estate. He oversees the acquisition and ongoing management of Arkin's real estate portfolio, which includes investments in various countries in North America and Europe across diversified asset classes and investment strategies. His extensive experience in financial consulting and real estate investments spans direct and corporate investments, listed vehicles, real estate debt structures, and more.
Nimrod also served as a member of the Investment Committee and Advisory Board of several companies, such as Argo Properties (until its IPO on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange), and held two key positions at Skyline AI, a proptech company (until its acquisition by JLL, one of the largest real estate services firms in the world). Additionally, he is actively involved in strategic decisions concerning two funds in which Arkin serves as an anchor investor - Trinova, focusing on office spaces in England, and Whitestone, specializing in single-family rentals in the U.S.
Nimrod was previously the Head of International Real Estate Investments at Migdal Insurance, where he also served as a Real Estate Investments Manager and Senior Research Analyst. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Senior Manager for Deloitte and held various positions at other financial consulting firms.
Nimrod holds an MBA with a major in finance and a BA in economics and accounting from Tel Aviv University, graduating with honors. He is a certified public accountant.
