Managing Director
Dr. Nadav Shimoni serves as Managing Director at Arkin Digital Health since 2020, where he established and currently leads digital health investments within Arkin. In this role, Nadav oversees a spectrum of investment activities, including deal sourcing, due diligence processes, and ongoing support for portfolio companies. He serves on the board of Laguna, Rhino, Educate, Medminder, Eleos, Validic and Siftwell.
Dr. Shimoni is a physician by training. Prior to Arkin, he served as the Director of Hospital Business Development at Clalit Health Services, Head of Business Development at Rambam Medical Center, and Associate at Accelmed, a venture capital and private equity firm specializing in medical device investments. In parallel, he conducted public health research focused on the implementation of data and AI-driven solutions in clinical workflows.
Dr. Shimoni holds an M.D. from Ben-Gurion University, graduating magna cum laude. Additionally, he is the founder of the 81 HealthTech Network, a community of 250 members from IDF intelligence core technological units active in the Healthtech sector.
