Investment Analyst
Maxim Katsenelson is an Investment Analyst at Arkin Bio, having joined the team in 2024. In his role, Maxim leverages his scientific background and perspective to conduct market research and analyze trends by assessing scientific, financial, and strategic factors.
Before joining Arkin Bio, Maxim gained extensive research experience as a graduate student and postdoctoral researcher in Prof. Inna Slutsky’s laboratory at the Faculty of Medicine, Tel-Aviv University. He also served as a teaching assistant and lab instructor, honing his ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly.
Maxim holds a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Tel Aviv University, where his research focused on the molecular mechanisms underlying neuronal activity regulation. His work has been published in prestigious journals such as Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences and Neuron, and he has presented his research at international conferences.
