Fabio Pucci joined Arkin Capital in 2026 as a Partner at Arkin Bio. Based in Boston, Fabio draws on his biotech investment and board experience, alongside a strong scientific background, to source new opportunities and support portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Arkin, Fabio co-led the healthcare investment team at Leaps by Bayer and previously worked at RA Capital, a multi-stage biotech investment fund. Over his career, he has held board director and observer roles at multiple companies, including Boundless (BOLD), Capstan, Dewpoint, eGenesis, Hemab (COAG), Immunitas, Indapta, Lyterian, Mozart, and Nuvig.
During his academic career, Fabio worked as a cancer researcher at the Francis Crick Institute in London. He holds a PhD from the Wellcome Trust Centre for Cell Biology and an MBA from London Business School.
