Direct Equity Investor
Chen Koton joined Arkin Equity’s investment team in 2025, bringing over eight
years of experience in private and direct equity investment, due diligence,
valuation and financial analysis. At Arkin, Chen leads the PE and DE activity,
including sourcing, due diligence, and underwriting processes.
Prior to joining Arkin, Chen spent 6 years at the investment division at Clal
Insurance, where he led the Direct Equity Department. In this role, he was
responsible for end-to-end investment processes, including deal sourcing, due
diligence, execution, and ongoing monitoring of active portfolio companies.
Earlier in his career, Chen spent three years at KPMG’s Financial Advisory
Department, specializing in financial due diligence, valuation and transaction
advisory.
Chen is a licensed CPA and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting as well as
an MBA in Finance and Financial Management Service from Tel Aviv University.
