NOA PDEZUR

Managing Director

Noa Pdezur is the Managing Director of Arkin Sustainability, joining Arkin in 2022. She invests in Next-Gen Materials, focusing on alternatives to or more efficient uses of fossil-based materials, to help traditional industries adopt sustainable innovations. Noa leverages her extensive knowledge of traditional sectors to drive sustainable and impactful financial initiatives.

Before joining Arkin, Noa spent 15 years at Migdal Group as Head of Direct Equity Analysis, where she played a key role in advancing ESG investment practices. She began her career at Bank Leumi as an Analyst in the Hi-Tech Sector and further developed her expertise in bond rating at Maalot (S&P) and Sphera Fund.

Noa holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Tel Aviv University, graduating with honors.
