Arkin Capital is a leading multi-stage, multi-asset investment manager with over $2 billion under management. Arkin Capital was founded by Mori Arkin, an entrepreneur with decades of experience who built a global company in the pharmaceutical industry, acquired in 2005 for more than $800M. Today, we carry that same spirit to support our portfolio companies in succeeding on the global stage.

Arkin Capital was established in 2009 with the goal of creating a leading asset manager in the life sciences field. The journey began in the domain where we have the most expertise: health.

Our initial success was with Arkin Health, specifically Arkin Bio and the Sphera Health Funds, focused on private and public biotech companies. Over the years, Arkin Bio has successfully managed numerous private investments as well as four funds backed by prominent institutional investors, investing from early stage to pre-IPO. In recent years, we expanded our investment remit in Arkin Health beyond biotech to include early-stage digital health.

Our strategy has remained consistent over the years: investing in areas where we have deep expertise. As our investment interests have expanded beyond healthcare, we have strengthened our team to match this broader focus. Each time we venture into a new area, we begin by seeking out top-tier experts—these are the captains of our ships, and their leadership is the key to our success.

Today, we are focused on four core areas, Arkin Health, comprising Arkin Bio, Arkin Digital Health, and the Sphera Healthcare Hedge Funds; Arkin Equity, which encompasses private equity investments and the Idea hedge fund within the Israeli capital markets; Arkin Tech, spanning diversified technology, and Sustainability; and Arkin Real Estate, concentrated on direct and indirect investments in both residential and commercial properties.
