CFO
Hani Lerman is the CFO of Arkin, having joined the team in 2015. Her role encompasses managing cash flow, taxation, and financial reporting, as well as the setup and operation of hedge funds and venture capital funds. Moreover, Hani oversees the company’s operations and IT functions. She was integral in establishing a finance department at Arkin that supports the organization’s growth and its diverse investment activities.
In the early stages of Arkin, before the creation of dedicated investment arms, Hani was directly involved in evaluating and making investment decisions for all non-pharma investments. As Arkin expands, she continues to provide financial support and plays a crucial role in shaping the overarching investment strategy.
Hani serves as a Board Member for companies such as Sol-Gel Technologies and MTI Wireless Edge. Prior to joining Arkin, Hani held CFO positions at companies like Sansa Security, Storwize, and others.
Hani holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting and an MBA with a major in Finance, both from Tel Aviv University.
