Executive Assistant & Office Manager
Maya Almani has been serving as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager at Arkin since 2009. In this role, she expertly manages executives' calendars, organizes meetings, and oversees travel logistics, ensuring a smooth experience for flights, accommodations, and other executive needs. Additionally, she takes the lead in organizing board meetings and corporate events, managing everything from logistics to materials preparation.
Before joining Arkin, Maya held positions as Office Manager and Travel Coordinator at TransChip and ETHOS, and she was the Guest Relations Manager at both the Sheraton City Tower and the InterContinental Hotel in Tel Aviv.
Maya holds a certification as a Travel Coordinator/Travel Agent from Birnam Business College in Johannesburg. She also studied interior design at Shenkar via the Technion Business School in Tel Aviv.
