Legal Counsel
Danny Kleinhendler has served as Legal Counsel at Arkin since 2018, bringing expertise in general business, commercial, and corporate law. He specializes in legal matters for technology-oriented companies at all stages of their lifecycle, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, especially cross-border transactions, equity and debt financing, licensing, and other commercial transactions.
Danny represents a diverse range of clients across various industries, including many high-tech and life science companies, as well as international and local acquirers and investors.
In addition to his role at Arkin, Danny continues to serve as a partner at GKH Law Offices: Gross, Kleinhendler, Hodak, Halevy, Greenberg & Co., where he first joined as an attorney.
Danny holds an LL.B. from Bar-Ilan University in Ramat Gan, Israel, and an M.B.A. from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh. He is a member of the Israel Bar Association, having been admitted in 2007.
